vinny t's of boston

Vinny T's of Boston is located in Wynnewood just about 15 minutes from Villanova's campus. It is a favorite of students for both date nights and to take their parents to when they visit.

The restaurant is decorated in an old world Italian feel. Red and white checkered table clothes are on each table along with candles in wine bottles.

The menu features authentic Italian cuisine. One of the great options about this restaurant is that most of the items on their menu have to option of getting regular size or family style size. Family style is ideal when you go with a group of people who want to share everything. The bread that they bring to your table is awesome and served with whole garlic cloves. The favorite entrees are the Penne Vodka and the Homemade Lasagna. The wine selection is pretty decent.

Vinny T's is a really popular restaurant in the area so it can get really crowded during dinner hours. Your best bet would be to call and make reservations. The restaurant also has carry out and the option for you to call in and have them bring out the order right to your car.

Vinny T's of Wynnewood is moderately priced. The prices of entrees range from $8 to $14 and the family style options are more expensive of course. Another Italian option to eat at that is just down the street is Bertucci's. It is a chain restaurant that has a location in Bryn Mawr. It is a popular place to go with family or friends.

One of the best things on their menu is their Brick Oven pizza. However, they also offer other favorites like Lasagna Al Forno and Eggplant Parmesan. Entrees are between $10- $17. The restaurant also has a pretty decently priced wine list.

The atmosphere is friendly with a bit of Old World Italian charm. The restaurant's philosophy is that "a meal is a treasured time to relax, enjoy a glass of wine and share a bounty of wonderful food with family and friends."

One of the staples of Philadelphia is a Pat's or Geno's cheese steak. These places are very famous and very popular.

Both of these hot spots are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They are located right across from another at South 9th Street and Passyunk Avenue. It will cost about $5 to $10 for a cheese steak.

Although these places are acclaimed and must do for people who visit Philadelphia, do not expect much service. You will walk up to a counter and receive your cheese steak a few minutes later and have to dress it yourself. If you want to do it right you have to get a cheesesteak at both Pat's and Geno's (during the same visit of course). This also makes for a great late-nite snack if you want to make the drive from Villanova.
