Rittenhouse Square is the ritzy and pricey sector of Philadelphia. The square, located from Sansom and Spruce and 16th and 20th Streets, is home to some of the finest shopping in the area. The shopping has such variety to it. The streets are home to both chains and boutiques. Shops include: Urban Outfitters, Banana Republic, Tiffany & Co., Ralph Lauren, Nicole Miller and Anthropologie. This does not include the cute boutiques that are scattered around. This shopping area has a little bit for everyone. You could easily buy a perfect set of pearls, a cute cocktail dress and a fun slogan t-shirt all on the same shopping trip in Rittenhouse.

Liberty Place is located between Liberty One and Liberty Two office buildings on 16th and Chestnut Street between Sansom and Market. Liberty Place is home to nearly 70 different stores. The inside is incredibly clean, and you'll rarely find trash littering the floor of the food court, located on the second floor. The shops are wide in variety. Included inside are: Coach, Jos. A. Bank, Ann Taylor Loft, J.Crew, Boarders and Victoria's Secret. Shops are open Monday through Saturday from 9:30am until 7pm. Sunday Liberty Place is open from noon until 6pm.

South Street has a unique and eclectic feel to it. It offers a little bit of everything. You can walk down the street and see shops that provide hair braiding, piercing and tattoos, but then you look further and there is a used bookstore where you can find the antique books you've been searching for. There are furniture stores selling objects directly imported from other countries. The second hand clothing stores are some of the best that you'll find anywhere.

From the city take the R6 and hop off at the Manayunk stop. Once you come upon Main Street, you'll quickly notice the young hip atmosphere, full of bars, restaurants and cute shops. On Main Street at the typical Banana Republic and Nicole Miller, but the cute boutiques are what truly make Manayunk shopping what it is. Public Image carries the hottest trends. The adjoining accessory shop has the perfect frills to top off an outfit. TAG has the best collection of jeans anyone has ever seen in one store. You're walk down Main Street will provide the decisions of India inspired, Tie-Dye or trendy clothing options all in a few short blocks.
