Penn's frats are known for having good parties. There is always a large diverse group of people. Don't feel bad not being a Penn student and attending their parties ? everyone else does it. Penn's frats are located all around the campus, with a lot on Spruce Street. If there is a cover charge, then there is usually a band or DJ. These parties are usually on the weekends, since UPenn students focus so strongly on their school work throughout the week and party like rock stars on the weekends.

By attending parties and events at Penn and other schools in the area, you're going to meet more people. The more people you meet, the more events in the city you'll know about. Broadening your circle of friends expands you're social calendar.
