How to Avoid an RA?

Do you always have to behave yourself and act in the most proper and legally acceptable manner? Do you feel uncomfortable sharing a room? Do you fear your RA? Is the dorm food insufferable? If you answered yes to any of those questions, you have another option. Following your freshman year, you are allowed to live anywhere you would like. This includes apartments, a real house, or your Greek house.

An Overview on apartments and houses:

Apartments are available anywhere on-campus and off-campus. Most students live in on-campus apartments. The prices typically range from 220$ to 600$ a month per person. Most apartments include basic essentials such as an oven, a refrigerator, and air conditioning. An awesome advantage is that most apartments are already furnished. Furnished apartments even provide you with a dining table. In addition, some students choose to live in houses either on campus or off campus. Most houses are less conveniently located than apartments. However, they have their advantages such as a backyard. Prices are about the same as apartments. Finally, houses and apartments are available both through private landlords and real estate companies.
