As far as technology goes, Villanova is pretty much at top of its game. Villanova currently ranks 8th on Princeton Review's list of "The 25 Most Connected Campuses." There are 800 computers on campus available for students to use; they are all equipped with high speed internet. Students receive $60 worth of free printing each semester. PC Magazine ranked Villanova University the #1 "most wired" college in the United States.
Information Technology
The Office for University Information Technology (UNIT) is in charge of the entire campus community's technology needs. They offer computing, information, and networks services. There is a campus wide network that connects students, faculty, and staff via phone and data connection. This way data, voice, and video information can easily be exchanged. UNIT also offers computer training sessions to help you to better understand how to use everyday applications.
Computer Support Center
Located in Vasey Hall, the Computer Support Center (CSC) is the place to go if you have computer trouble or questions. It is open from 8am to 8pm.
Computer Labs
There are three computer labs on campus. They are located in Falvey Library, Mendel Hall, and Tolentine Hall. All labs are open 24 hours.
Wireless Internet
There are several on campus buildings where the wireless internet can be accessed. The entire buildings are wireless in Bartley, CEER, and Falvey Library.
